Grammar explaination

You can use ~ていく when you want to say “to get to A.”

Example sentences

世の中ではこれから日本語を勉強する人が増えていくと思う。yono naka dewa korekara nihongo wo benkyou suru hito ga fuete iku to omou.
I think there is an increase in people learning Japanese in this world.

毎日、日本語を勉強すれば、上手になっていきます。Mainichi benkyou wo sureba, jouzu ni natte ikimasu.
If you study Japanse every day, your Japanse will begin to improve.

毎日納豆を食べれば、納豆の味がだんだん好きになっていく。Mainichi nattou wo tabereba,nattou no aji ga dandan suki ni natteiku.
If I eat natto every day I’ll gradually grow to like it’s taste.
