M:There are batteries inside so they can not sent by airmail.

You can use ～ということ when you want to say “phrase A into a noun.”

Example sentences
漢字を書くということはとても面白いです。Kanji wo kaku to iukoto wa totemo omoshiroi desu.
Writing a Kanji is very interesting.
走りながら、水を飲むということは難しいです。Hashiri nagara, mizu wo nomu to iukoto wa muzukashii desu.
Drinking water while running is difficult.
外国語を習うということは時間が掛かります。Gaikokugo wo narau to iukoto wa jikan ga kakari masu.
