You can use とともに when you want to say “together with../as X happens, Y does..”.
A. 意味：
～と一緒に
～といっしょうに
～to issho ni
Together with~
B.意味：
～であると同時に
～であるとどうじに
～de aru to douji ni
At the same time~
C.意味：
一つの変化と一緒に、別の変化がおこる。
As one change occurs, another change occurs with it.
