Grammar explaination
You can use “～ながら(nagara) ” when you want to say ” while～”.
Verb stem + nagara = while doing something
ながら must be two action performed by same person.
The patterns is below:

Example sentences
食べながら、新聞を読みます。Tabenagara,Shinbun wo yomimasu.
While eating, I read newspaperk.
歌いながら運転します。Utainagara unten shimasu.
I drive while singing.
アルバイトをしながら大学に通っています。Arubaito wo shinagara daigaku ni kayotte imasu.
I go to university working part-time.
