You can use～さえ～ば when you want to say “if only you do something…”.
The patterns is below:
N + さえ Vば
V stem + さえすれば
V te-form + さえいれば

1級さえ受かれば就職できるのに。。。
If only I had passed N1 exam, I could get a job.
寝さえすればよくなります。
If only you sleep, you get better.
