Cancellation

You must make cancellations by 2.00pm on the day before class starts.
You may change your lesson to another day, provided that you notify us one day prior to your scheduled lesson.

Rescheduling

When your regular teacher is not available, We will try to arrange for another teacher.

If you wish to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
