So, I think I read this book faster than I read Looking for Alaska which is odd because the latter is significantly shorter, but anyway it took like 6 hours.
It should be noted that these hours were continuous because I couldn't stop reading it. I hold you, John Green, personally responsible for my current state of sleep deprivation.

John's quasi-homosexual man-crush on Walt Witman is disturbing

I love your books. they have good stories to read at face value but also have a deeper meaning that keeps me thinking about it for weeks.

When Margo is in the Office building looking over the town and she talks about how it's just a paper town and everything is so kind of...fake. It reminds me so much of the song Ticky Tacky boxes! So much!
"Little boxes made of ticky tacky,
Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes all the same.
And they're all made out of ticky tacky
And they all look just the same.
And the people in the houses
All went to the university,
Where they were put in boxes
And they came out all the same,"
